What is Anderson Cookware made from?

Anderson Cookware features a pure titanium cooking surface with a fully-clad, three-layer construction designed for durability, even heat, and long-term performance across everyday cooking.

Is titanium cookware safe for cooking?

Yes. Titanium is non-reactive and toxin-free, designed for direct food contact and made without harmful chemical coatings.

Does Anderson Cookware use non-stick coatings?

No. Our cookware does not use PTFE, Teflon, or sprayed non-stick coatings. The titanium surface is naturally low-stick when properly preheated with a small amount of oil.

Is Anderson Cookware compatible with induction?

Yes. All Anderson Cookware is compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops.

Is Anderson Cookware dishwasher safe?

Yes, our cookware is dishwasher safe. Many customers also prefer hand washing with dish soap and a sponge to maintain the finish.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is typically 6–12 business days, including processing and transit, for all orders worldwide.

What does “fully-clad” construction mean?

Fully-clad construction bonds multiple layers together for better heat control and stability. Anderson Cookware includes:

  • Induction-ready stainless steel base
  • Aluminum core for fast, even heat
  • Hammered pure titanium cooking surface

Is titanium naturally non-stick?

Titanium is naturally low-stick by design. For best performance, we recommend preheating the pan and adding about 1 teaspoon of a high smoke-point oil before cooking.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. The titanium cooking surface is safe for use with metal utensils and built to resist scratching and wear.

What temperatures can the cookware handle?

Anderson Cookware is heat safe up to 548°C / 1000°F, making it suitable for high-heat cooking. For product specifications, please check the product details section on each page.

What types of recipes is it best suited for?

The deeper profile and responsive surface make it ideal for sauces, stews, searing, sautéing, and larger one-pan meals.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping worldwide with no minimum order spend.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days before dispatch, excluding public holidays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact support@shopandersoncookware.com and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. 

How do I start a return?

Email support@shopandersoncookware.com with your order number and item details. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Are there any non-returnable items?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed & undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received
  • All accompanying materials, including tags, manuals, and accessories, must be included.

Customised or personalised items and clearance/final-sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with photos and your order number. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

How much is VIP membership?

The Loyalty Membership Program is billed at $34.99 USD every 30 days.

Your first membership period begins on the date your initial order is placed and continues on a recurring basis every 30 days unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

How do I use my membership?

How much discount am I entitled to?

Our VIP membership provides access to significant discounts of 40-50% off.

How can I cancel my membership?

Members may cancel their Loyalty Membership at any time.

To cancel your membership, please follow the prompts here.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for any current billing period already paid.

Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
